I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful, and I loved how accommodating the manager was in letting us book in early. We truly enjoyed the pool table, even though it wasn't a working bar as advertised. Would absolutely choose this place again!

Exceptional hospitality and great location

I was really impressed by the fantastic host who went above and beyond during our stay. He brought us ice and fresh orange juice to our room, and even allowed us to extend our check-out time at no charge when our train was canceled. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the promenade—making it easy to enjoy Blackpool’s attractions. One area for improvement would be adding more decoration to the dining room, which felt a bit outdated for my taste.

It felt great to enjoy the morning without worrying about our luggage. the stairs were quite steep for my mum, and she managed, but it was definitely something to consider. The carpet in the room felt dated, and the TV didn’t work properly. Still, the staff did their best to ensure we felt welcome. I would definitely consider coming back for the breakfast and the pleasant service.

The breakfast setup-despite the promise of a full English-turned out to be a continental selection that lacked basics like bread and included cold items. The Wi-Fi setup was a hassle, with no one around to share the access code, forcing a costly day pass instead. It felt more like a budget place trying to charge a lot for what it offered.
